TERENCE Release 2, the application created by the EU FP7 ICT project, to support text comprehension in Italian and in English, can be tried out online.
Our Lab created the over 2000 illustrations, and designed and implemented the relaxing games.

One of the research topics of the Lab is interactive books. The touch display of the emerging hand-held devices provide a multitude of possibilities to make illustrations move – either by the activity of the reader (including toddlers who cannot read at all), or automatically. What makes an interactive book „good”?
Currently we are testing the app with Hungarian kids, to find out what they find of our app. Soon the app will be available for free, for Android and iOS platforms, and also in English.

A Labor meghívására a MOME tavaszi kurzushétén az Appsters intenzív bevezető előadást, workshopot tartott a mobil-alkalmazások fejlesztéséről. A kurzus során a hallgatók kipróbálhatták, hogy csapatmunkában, egy olyan  fejlesztő környezetet használva, mint az App Inventor, akár pár nap alatt készíthetnek saját appot.

A kurzuson született Triangulator, MosnnterPet és George appok már le is tölthetők a GooglePlayről.

A MOME TransferLab március 13-án megrendezésre kerülő programján Ruttkay Zsófia is részt vesz a TechLab képviseletében.
